Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes. Our watches include a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, misuse, water damage beyond the product’s stated resistance level, unauthorized repairs, or improper handling.
For warranty assistance, contact contact@bellevitrine.shop with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.
Before returning a product, please contact contact@bellevitrine.shop for authorization and return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to a change of mind.
Once the return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Are the watches sold by Belle Vitrine authentic?
Yes. Belle Vitrine LLC is committed to offering authentic products that are carefully selected and accurately described. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit products. Every order is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure payment infrastructure and authorized payment providers. Belle Vitrine LLC does not directly store your complete credit or debit card information. Your payment details are encrypted and handled securely throughout the transaction.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, estimated delivery takes 5–12 business days for supported destinations in the United States and Europe. Delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, customs procedures, holidays, or circumstances outside our control. When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email.
